Strengthen your digital journalism, develop audiences, or grow your reader revenue model with our hands-on approach.

Using the FT’s exclusive North Star tool, you’ll create an action plan and detailed roadmap to achieve your strategic ambitions. Plus, gain invaluable insights from FT experts and receive personalized 1:1 support.

The structure The North Star framework is designed as an accelerator to achieve an organisation’s objective. The same model was used by The Financial Times to achieve a goal of 1m paying subscribers in 2019.

It is a practical 3/4 day hands-on programme, during which attendees will focus on a key strategic ambition for their digital news business. Over 3 days, publishers will develop an action plan and detailed roadmap to take their digital journey to the next level.

The 4th day is an optional 1-1 session with FT consultants.
